You obviously couldn’t collect any additional hearts. One of those other changes was to The Lost, which displayed a half-soul heart and a little cross symbol next to it when Holy Mantle was active. The lag I mentioned above when docked and controlled thru BT? No biggie, I'll take that small tradeoff every time for the screen space. Binding of Isaac: Repentance for PS5 got an update yesterday, adding access to the debug console (元 + R3) among other changes. I get used to it when playing single player on the go, but when playing Switch co-op, I dock it and play on a big 1080p monitor and it's sooooooooooo nice to get that space. I’d avoid using debug 10 (quick kill) because it breaks some bosses (Mother, Beast). I have an outlandish-sized monitor on my PC and love SDV for every inch I can see and a 7" screen, while very nice for portability, is a small frustration for me. If it requires getting a completion mark, start a run as that character, use the stage command to teleport to the final stage, and use debug 3 and the giveitem command to give yourself broken items while being unable to die. Not sure if the file is portable to Switch but the file format is cross-platform so if you can get it on there, you should be able to continue your save. However, I dont have DLC on steam, but I do have the switch version which comes with Afterbirth & Afterbirth+. Fully handheld with controls attached, any lag is minimal. Debug console for switch Hi, been playing isaac for about a year (played rebirth, then saw it was available for the switch with DLC included), and I want to try out the Debug Console. When using it docked and the controls thru BT, a small but perceptible lag is added. The form factor of a portable console is pretty damn great though. The precision seems good but I'm really used to my KB&M precision so it doesn't feel *quite* as natural as the PC. This server is for all fans of the binding of isaac, all versions and mods Members Online. The buttons are well mapped and it doesn't take long to adjust to them. I want to know if im going to be able to open the console command menu on a console version of repentance. I can give you my impression of the Switch from a long time PC/Mac KB&M user. Whaaaaat? now look here eyes, we need to have a talk! Like have you noticed the eyes are closed half the time "we're" workin', they know where it's at. Get hit by one enemy that does damage and you die. Everything does at least one full heart of damage. Every few seconds all enemies gain fear effect. Having invincibility overrides the damage. we got that farmed out to the cerebellum and spinal cord like ages ago, go bug them. Every 45 seconds, a ticking will begin, and after 5 seconds, Isaac will take 1/2 heart of damage. You do this with the mouse and KB all the time!ĭuuuuuuuuuddeee. It features all sorts of commands for normal gameplay, debugging purposes or just plain cheating You will no longer be limited to the boring old default console commands. I find it a bit maddening sometimes to know what I need to do but to catch my fingers during siesta or in the midst of a revolution and refusing to perform the commands the brain is issuing. Utility Commands is a mod that adds 122 new commands to use via the Debug Console. ![]() I play on PC/Mac primarily but also play on mobile and Switch, and mobile is the toughest for me with Switch coming in the middle. Console commands to unlock everything Repentance Hello all I have played isaac for years and finally have it on PC. Half our interaction is the input scheme and once the monkey has been trained, sometimes it's tough to retrain said monkey to do the same task a different way. So if you got used to Switch controls, then that's where you're most comfortable interacting with the game. (e.g.It's usually about what you used first to train your fingers. ![]() This won't be able to push your stats beyond the normal limits. There is also the command 'Cancelstatchanges' which will undo all console based stat updates. So for example doing 'Luck 10' will set your luck to 10, if you grab a lucky penny it goes to 11, 'Luck +3' will set it to 14, 'Luck /2' will set it to 7, 'Luck #10' will set it to 10 and it will stay at 10 until you update luck with another command, even if you pick up a bunch of lucky pennies or eat a bunch of luck down pills. The X can just be a set number, or it can start with + to add, - to subtract, x to multiply, / to divide, or # to lock the stat. Just press ~ to open the console and enter in any of the below:įiredelay X (or Tears X if you're using Repentance) In this video Im going to show you how to enable the console in The Binding of Isaac Repentance.Check out the additional Console Commands mod made by me: ht. This mod adds commands to the console that allow you to change your stats on the fly, useful if you're testing things out, or just want to cheat.
